Shipping

All orders are shipped from Dallas or Richardson, Texas.
Orders are processed within 1-3 days from website purchases.  Occasionally products can go out of stock. Should this occur, you will be notified immediately.

Most packages are shipped via the United States Post Office (USPS), but we will always ship the most economical way possible.
Typical package arrival will be 3-7 days from order processing. Some larger packages and international orders can take longer.

Shipping express, air delivery or overnight can be accommodated for additional charges.  Please call us at (469) 319-2800 for this option.
We are not responsible for late, lost, stolen or damaged packages.  Insurance for packages can be added for an additional charge. Call us for current fees.

Once the parcel leaves our shop, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, weather-related damage, delays or packages which have been deemed "Delivered" by the courier.  If a package is lost or damaged with the carrier and no insurance was purchased, we will make a claim on your behalf, but there will be no guarantees.
If your package arrives damaged, it is the responsibility of the carrier to cover the costs. We will file a claim on your behalf, which you must provide detailed pictures of the damage and full cost may not be covered based on certain situations.
If your package is returned due to an incorrect address on your part, you are responsible for additional shipping charges.

International customers may experience delays and additional fees for customs, duties, and taxes.
This situation is widely based on the destination country. We have no control over potential extra charges. These extra fees vary widely from country to country. Since we have no control over potential extra charges levied by destination countries, we highly recommend that you research the policies specific to your country. If a custom clearance procedure is involved, your parcel could be delayed and additional charges may occur for duties and taxes.
