Kona Cotton - Parakeet

I have a very vague memory of having a parakeet when I was little. I was probably only two and a half, so I can’t say that I remember him well at all. His name was Peaty and I recall that he was very noisy. I can remember my mom would cover him with a white sheet when it was time for him to go to sleep, but that is my only memory of him.

However, today’s color Parakeet will not put you to sleep. It is a sweet green that plays well with lots of different colors. You can pair it with some of the more softer pastels such as Sea Glass, Princess and Desert Green. Or you can add some bolder color choices such as Sassy Pink, Noble Purple, Orangeade, or Duckling. It also plays nicely with neutrals, such as, Quicksilver, Doeskin, Haze, and Shitake. Whatever you choose, you can’t go wrong with Parakeet.
